13 Here is a parallelogram.

Square grid, 14 squares wide and 14 squares tall, with a parallelogram drawn near the middle. Its bottom edge is 3 squares long, its top edge is 3 squares long and starts 1 square to the right, and it is 2 squares tall

The parallelogram is translated 4 squares to the left and 3 squares up.
