13 Here is a list of ingredients needed to make one lemon cake.

175 g sugar
175 g flour
60 ml milk
2 eggs
\(1\dfrac{1}{2}\) lemons
100 g icing sugar
(a) Write down the ratio of the weight of butter to the weight of flour.
